Welcome to Wowkeet! By accessing or using our food delivery application, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Wowkeet app, website, and services.
By placing an order on Wowkeet, you accept that you are bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services
Wowkeet provides a platform to order food and beverages from listed restaurants and vendors.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
3. Orders and Payments
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
Payments must be made through the approved payment gateways or COD (if available).
Any fraudulent activity related to payments or orders will lead to account suspension.
4. Delivery
Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary depending on external conditions (traffic, weather, vendor preparation).
Wowkeet is not responsible for delays caused due to reasons beyond our control.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to our Refund & Return Policy.
Wallet/Reward points cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
6. Limitation of Liability
Wowkeet is only a platform connecting users with food vendors. Responsibility for food quality, packaging, and safety lies with the respective restaurant/vendor.
Wowkeet will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.
7. Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute, complaint, or issue, users agree to first contact Wowkeet customer support for resolution.
All disputes shall be resolved solely by Wowkeet’s internal team, and the final decision of Wowkeet shall be binding on the customer.
No third party (including individuals, organizations, or external authorities) shall interfere in matters related to Wowkeet’s internal dispute resolution process, unless required by law.
8. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate personal and delivery information.
Misuse of the app (fake orders, misuse of offers, or abusive behavior) will result in termination of services.
9. Changes to Terms
Wowkeet reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
