3. Delivery Charges

Customers can track their order status through the Wowkeet app.
Updates will be provided via push notifications, SMS, or calls (if required).
5. Delivery Attempt
Our delivery partner will attempt delivery at the address provided by you.
If you are unavailable or unreachable at the time of delivery, the order may be marked as undelivered and no refund will be provided.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
Wowkeet reserves the right to disable COD option in certain areas or for certain users without prior notice.
7. Responsibility
Wowkeet acts as a platform connecting users with restaurants and delivery partners.
While we ensure timely delivery, Wowkeet is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
