📜 Payment Policy for Wowkeet
Effective Date: 22 September 2025
At Wowkeet, we ensure that your payments are processed in a safe and secure manner. By using our platform, you agree to the following payment terms:
1. Accepted Payment Methods
Online Payments: We accept payments through secure gateways (UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets).
Cash on Delivery (COD): COD may be available in select locations and for eligible orders.
Please note that Wowkeet reserves the right to enable, disable, or withdraw COD option at any time without prior notice.
Wowkeet Wallet/Reward Points: Customers may use wallet balance or reward points as per applicable terms.
2. Payment Confirmation
Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation (except COD).
In case of payment failure, the order will not be confirmed. Customers are advised to retry or use an alternate payment method.
3. Refunds
Refunds for failed or cancelled orders (if applicable) will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For wallet payments, refunds (if approved) will be credited directly to the Wowkeet Wallet.
Refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Security
All transactions on Wowkeet are processed through secure and trusted third-party payment gateways.
We do not store your card details or sensitive payment information on our servers.
5. Pricing & Charges
All prices displayed on Wowkeet are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified.
Delivery charges, convenience fees, or other applicable charges (if any) will be shown at checkout before you confirm the order.
6. Dispute Resolution
If any incorrect charge or transaction issue occurs, please contact our support team immediately.
Final resolution of payment-related disputes will be at the discretion of Wowkeet.
